Our Guarantee Simply
States:
If you are not satisfied with our products or services to
your complete satisfaction your money will be refunded in full on return
(remainder, if partially used). We request that you contact us before your
return to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to enable
us to respond promptly to your request and send a label(s) for proper return. We do ship with the United States Postal Service and use priority mail. While we do guarantee to process your order in a timely manner, once it has left our hands we cannot guarantee that your shipment will reach you within the three days that priority shipping states. We will do what we can to make it right with you, our customer, but please understand that rain, sleet, snow, and dead of night can cause delays in your shipment that are beyond our control.
We do sell
on eBay; however, we promise you
that we will never sell lower on eBay than we
sell on this web site. Simply stated, it
costs to list and sell on eBay and we can't sell every listing, so it costs more to sell
on eBay than on our own web site.
